Memories & Candles
Dear Craig,
This message is coming completely out of the blue as you and I have had no contact since our grade school days at OLMC. The story: my sisters and I planned our annual picnic at Mom & Dad's grave site yesterday at the Easton Cemetery. We arrived as an interment service was ending. A quick Bruss-Heitner search revealed that your beautiful wife, LaRue Rita, had passed away and was being buried. I haven't seen you in at least 60

Such a fantastic person. Always enjoyed a short visit with her when getting my mail. Always smiling. Craig and LaRue raised a great family and have so much to proud of.Her values and teachings will live on with her children and grandchildren. A life well lived , even if cut too short. Our crazy goofed up world lost a very good person.

Our prayers and love are with all of you as you move through this time of pain and loss that is beyond description. Only time and faith will help you overcome the void you feel now. We were blessed to know LaRue. Her gentle, loving spirit will live on in so may people, and this too will help you heal. Sending you all our love.

Dear Craig and family,
I will long remember the smiles and facial joy as you,Barb and George returned from your trip to the East Coast. I think La Rue carried that kind of joy with her into God's care. What a gift. My prayer has been with you on this LONG journey. I am most grateful to have been touched by La Rue's life with us.
God's Peace and comfort continue with each of you, Sister Carmen Sonnek
